Ministry of Commerce on June 19 announced the "Provisional Administrative Measures on terry towel Exports (Provisional)" (Ministry of Commerce, 2005 13). According to the relevant provisions of Article 27 of the approach since July 1, 2005, the first "automatic licensing terry towel Export Directory" (Ministry of Commerce, General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 7 of 2005) is no longer commodities listed implementation of automatic export licensing. Where the customs declaration after 1 July 2005, exports included in the "automatic terry towel export license directory" to the United States terry towels, the European Union (25 Member States) and Hong Kong Customs no longer auditing "automatic terry towel export license" .
