Chinese textile export tariffs significantly improve

 

Reporters learned 20 from the Ministry of Finance, China decided that, effective June 1, 2005 a substantial increase 74 kinds of textile export tariffs, the majority of textile rate five times the original.

Treasury sources said the approval of the State Council Tariff Commission of the State Council decided that, effective June 1, 2005 on textile export tariffs adjusted as follows:

First, the January 1, 2005 imposed export tariffs on 148 textile products in 74 categories of textile eight tariff items under 39 to raise export tariffs; flax yarn levy export tariffs. Specific products and rates have been published in the Ministry of Finance website.

Second, on January 1, 2005 introduction of export tariffs on 148 textile in chemical fiber, knitted or crocheted Women 'briefs and panties, of synthetic fibers Men's Arab trousers, cotton men's underpants and briefs 3 products reduce export tariffs; other parts, knitted or crocheted clothing not knitted or crocheted garments or clothing part 2 products stop export tariffs.

Third, the rate of January 1, 2005 introduction of other textile export tariffs continue from January 1, 2005 implementation of the export duty.
